  2. the number when dialed by the BBS.  If your exchange (the first three
  3. digits of your phone number) is in this list, the proper format for
  4. dialing your number is xxx-xxxx, NOT 1-xxx-xxxx.  If you live in Area
  5. Code 504 but your exchange is NOT in this list, the proper format for
  6. dialing your number is 1-xxx-xxxx.  If you live outside area code 504,
  7. the proper format for your number is 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx.
